JJ Curran used a 75-ton rough terrain crane to remove both foul poles from Comerica Park. After being carefully rigged the poles were lifted out of their bases and laid on their side. Then using the crane’s reach the poles were lifted over the fence, out of the stadium, onto a truck for removal.
